Keeping cats indoors takes dedication and commitment. Mental well-being and stimulation are so important, as is minimising stress in a multi-cat household. Keeping cats indoors isn't just a cat tray and a closed window ! Many of us, including myself, look upon our feline friends as our "babies" but they are cats, and cats should be able to do "cat things" so I took it upon myself to provide mine with the best "enclosed" life they deserve. They have access to the outside, but can't get out. They have fresh air, are free to climb up to places to be alone if they choose, to sunbathe stress free, to watch the birds, or maybe chase a butterfly !!

This is the life Penny for your thoughts I can't get down Mum ! As with most studs, my older two boys Ebeneezer and Ziggy live out. I found "putting them out" emotionally difficult, but felt a little less guilty by mimicking rooms in a house when doing their large heated, double-glazed chalets - decorated with pictures, radios on and water features to play in....Well Ziggy still has his. Ebeneezer used his as a urinal so it was quickly remove when I realized why his water was brown !There isn't a substitute for life in the home with the TV on, always someone there to jump on, cuddles on demand! My boys will be neutered one day and hopefully come back inside. So this is life a the Yassassin house hold. Your may visit without obligation. This is a felv & leukaemia negative household. Please shut the door behind you, don't let the cats out.................... My two sons have been bought up with many animals, both have the upmost respect for their fellow house mates. Although Kye is very passionate about animal welfare, when he leaves school, he declared the other day " I'm going to work with homeless cats. Kym just takes every thing in his stride................even being used as a taxi !
